Dr. Hegyi Barbara

Bio:
Dr. Barbara HEGYI, economist, holding a PhD in Regional Sciences. At a young age she became the deputy director for finance in the Mobile Innovation Centre of BME, holding the responsibilities of ecosystem relations and and overall reporting as well. She coordinated several RDI projects with budgets above 1 million euros, such as the talent program of the BME, grants of National Technology and Innovation Agency and the university’s EU-funded joint projects with EIT Digital. In 2016 she was invited to ELTE IK to support the implementation of the Innovation and Entrepreneurship (I&E) minor at the EIT Digital Master School Budapest. As the coordinator of I&E education, she designed elective courses that focus on the social responsibility of innovations and created the methodology and content of the undergradute entrepreneurship education as well. Hegyi is the inciter of several cross-disciplinary and inter-university initiatives at ELTE, such as idea competitions, asynchronous courses and summer schools.

Besides leading tasks in international cooperations aiming to experiment with new flexible forms of innovative education for multidisciplinary audience (e.g. EIT Digital, CHARM-EU, Erasmus+ and HEI projects), she leverages her relations from the local and European ecosystem to pave new ways in the entrepreneurship education. She coordinates the Erasmus+ REDINEST project that aims to build interdisciplinary impact labs at an international level.

 

 

Dr. Alberto Tejero Lopez

Dr. Alberto Tejero holds an MBA, an MSc in Computer Science, and a PhD in Telecommunications Engineering from UPM. He is an Associate Professor at UPM, Director of the Master in Digital Innovation, former Deputy Director of the Technology Transfer Office at UPM (in its more than 14 faculties) and an expert in international Technological Innovation Management, with a focus on entrepreneurship and innovation ecosystems. Alberto advises Foundations and Councils on innovation and education, and actively participates in international innovation and entrepreneurship projects in Europe, Latin America, and the USA. Dr. Tejero has been working on international projects for more than 20 years (+60 projects), in many as principal investigator, with an important focus on education and in the area of I&E for the commercialization of results..

Dr. Mladen Čudanov is a Full Professor at the University of Belgrade, Faculty of Organizational Sciences, Serbia, where he acquired MSc and PhD degrees. He was a visiting Assistant Professor at joint programs of iVWA (Germany) / ZHCPT (PR China) and iVWA (Germany) / JCIT (PR China). He has 20+ years of consultant experience in organizational design, entrepreneurship, event and change management. He has collaborated on and helped assess more than 100 startup projects. He has published more than 140 papers in research journals and conferences, has more than 1400 citations, with roughly a quarter of it from the Web of Science journals. He serves as an Associate Editor and reviewer in several journals, like JCR indexed Amfiteatru Economic and is Editor-in-Chief of Management: Journal of Sustainable Business and Management Solutions in Emerging Economies. He supported or organized several academic international events like the Danube cup conference. He was awarded as a top 5 teacher for 17 times at his Faculty.

 

 

Dr. Rui Filipe Cerqueira Quaresma

Dr. Rui Filipe Cerqueira Quaresma is an Associate Professor in Management at the University of Evora, and member of Management Department. He holds a PhD in Management from the University of Seville (Spain), a Master of Science in Management and Industrial Strategy from the Lisbon School of Economics and Management (Lisbon University, Portugal), and a Bachelor’s in Business Management from the University of Évora (Portugal). His main research interests are in the field of information systems, namely e-government, e-business, and ethics, and in the field of entrepreneurship. He has published more than 20 articles and book chapters, including publications in the International Journal of Information Management, Journal of Computer Information Systems, Journal of Global Information Technology Management, Entrepreneurship Research Journal, International Journal of Entrepreneurial Behavior & Research, and more than 25 articles in national and international conferences. He has participated in 12 projects, national and international, being responsible at the University of Évora for 3 of these projects. He has also supervised 1 post-doctoral project, 4 doctoral thesis, and 17 master dissertations. He was associate editor of the The Bottom Line journal and is a member of the editorial board of some other journals, namely PMIS Review, Journal Socio-Economic Analyses, and Study Collection " Estudios de la actividad emprendedora y de la competitividad de la PYME " from the EMTURIN Research Group (University of Extremadura, Spain) He also integrated the Scientific Committees of several national (Conference of the Portuguese Association of Information Systems – CAPSI, Luso-Spanish Seminar on Business Economics – SLEEE, etc.) and international (International Forum on Management – IFM, International Conference on Theory and Practice of Electronic Governance – ICEGOV, Electronic Governance and Open Society: Challenges in Eurasia – EGOSE, etc) congresses.
